Terra Group has announced that they will soon launch sales for a new condo project called Mr. C. in Coconut Grove.
Mr. C. Coconut Grove will include 121 residential condo units, along with ground floor retail at 2655 S. Bayshore Drive.
“Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove will be a contemporary take on classic European living, offering old world sophistication with modern comfort, combining the maritime tradition of both our brand and Coconut Grove,” said Ignazio Cipriani, co-founder of the Mr. C brand.
It is the third new construction residential development for Terra Group and President David Martin, following Grove at Grand Bay and Park Grove. Terra is also about to complete its new headquarters designed by Touzet Studio on Mary Street in the Grove, only blocks from the new site

Raymond Fort of Arquitectonica is designing the tower, with an exterior that looks like a sail. Meyer Davis is designing interiors in collaboration with Mr. C founders.
Sales are expected to launch this winter. The sales center will be at 2640 S. Bayshore Drive, adjacent to Fresh Market.
