David Martin’s Terra and Ignazio Cipriani’s Mr. C hosted the Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove sales gallery grand opening event. The new development marks the first large-scale residential project for the Mr. C brand and is set to deliver a next-generation residential experience rooted in service, design, cuisine and lifestyle. The interiors and amenity spaces are designed by Meyer Davis, who has in the past worked closely with Ignazio Cipriani and the Mr. C brand. Ray Fort of Arquitectonica, — son of famed architecture duo Laurinda Spear and Bernardo Fort-Brescia — created the building exterior. Notable guests included David Martin of Terra; Ignazio Cipriani, fourth generation of the Cipriani family and co-founder of the Mr. C brand; Bernardo Fort Brescia of Arquitectonica; Will Meyers of Meyer Davis; as well as Miami Mayor Francis Suarez.
