A 20 story condo called Mr. C Residences in coming to Coconut Grove located at 2655 South Bayshore, according to the Miami Herald.
With 151residential units, Mr. C Residences will be developed by Terra Group and Mr. C. A Mr. C Hotel was recently opened at 2988 McFarland Road, also in Coconut Grove.
The condo is across the street from the now under construction Regatta Harbour.
Mr. C Residences is being designed by Aquitectonica and interiors by Meyer Davis.
Construction is expected to start second quarter 2020.
